I don’t have time mindset
What exactly is time? According the the web, Time is both a noun and a verb. The way that I see time is what we do with it. No one really has the time. We are busy with life, kids, school and other activities. So, Why bother focusing on our weight loss goals? Luckily, We don't need much time to give our goals. Even if it is only 5-10 minutes of exercise, You are still ahead for the next task.
During this pandemic, We have nothing but time to focus on our Fat loss goals. If you have kids, Find a way to incorporate at least 20 minutes of daily movement. Call it a recess session if you have to, They won't know the difference.
If your goals are a priority, You would not be let time be an excuse. Have toddlers? Try to get up before they do, or when they go down for a nap to get your exercise in.
This time is the perfect time to get started on your weight loss journey!
